 *A note from Robyn: "The center buckle holder is not designed to stay up when significant force is placed on it. Carers need to be able to release it easily so that they can buckle fast. If an older child sits in front of it and slides back to get into the seat, the buckle will slide down under the weight of the child. When my son was old enough to hop into his seat on his own, he quickly learned to not sit on the front of his seat and slide back, but instead, lifted himself over the buckle before sitting in his seat, which worked perfectly." -Robyn

Instead, simply place the band on the magnet when you unbuckle, and it will stay up and out of the way for when you need to place them in their seat again!

The button is 3.8cm (1.5 inch) in diameter, and has a pin and child-proof locking sleeve to secure to the car seat. The strap band is 4.45cm (1.75 inch) in diameter, with a clasping back to hold it around the strap.

Strap broke as I took it out of the package

This company is not good on communicating. It took them a while to communicate back with me that they were going to send me the replacement then they sent me only part of the replacement. I’m still waiting for the second part.

We're sorry to hear that your expectations weren't met and we understand that we likely won't receive your business again going forward. However, we'd like to explain our perspective. The first email we received was sent to us on a Saturday and it said that a particular piece was damaged during installation. We replied the next business day, which was Monday, and offered to send a replacement for the damaged piece at no cost. We then mailed it the same week. It was quite unexpected when we received another email saying that the replacement part was received, but that everything had been thrown away, including the items that were in perfect working condition. Without question and again at our expense, we sent another shipment, even though replacing items because they were thrown in the garbage is not part of our replacement policy. It is still in transit because we're located in a different country and international shipping involving customs/crossing borders takes longer than domestic shipments. It's unfortunate that these efforts resulted in a 1 star review but we appreciate the opportunity to share our point of view.

Doona is too thick

I really wanted to love these. The cloth on the doona is too thick to keep these closed. We are going to try again when we switch into her next car seat. But sadly these did not work on her current seat

No more fussing!

It was always a struggle to get my little one in the car seat while trying to keep the crotch strap accessible. He loved to travel…but was not so crazy about the car seat process. Thank you for making my life easier.
