Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 180 days. If 180 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned. Please notify us through the strapsaway.com website, 'Contact Us' form and we will provide you with return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

- Please contact us concerning any item that you wish to return after 180 days.

Damaged items

If your item is defective, please notify us through the strapsaway.com website, 'Contact Us' form with your order number, and a picture of the damage. Once the damage has been verified, we will send a replacement item at no cost. If you prefer to receive a refund, please contact us for return shipping instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
