When installing the pin the spring piece of the backing broke. I’ve tried multiple attempts to contact the company to see if they’d send a replacement since it broke before I could even use the pin and haven’t heard back or the email would not go through. Must not be a great design if they break right away and a normal pin backing does not hold appropriately.

I purchased the magnets and center buckle for my grandson's car seat and ordered an extra set of the replacement backings just in case. Everything wears out over time so I felt it would be good to be prepared.
